What does it mean to be a pet-friendly place?

It is primarily understanding that the animal is a member of the family and its owners want to rest together with their pets. With this in mind, we have created all the facilities to comfortably accommodate the owners of pets.

First: LOGISTICS

Before every trip, make sure to take all the necessary things. But there is always something you will forget. When traveling with your pet, you don’t have to worry about anything. In our reception there is a whole range of things that will help you in a crisis situation.

Rules of stay with animals



Acceptance conditions

1. The basic condition of receiving the pet under our roof is to report the arrival of the Guest with the pet at the time of booking. This is a necessity due to the limited number of rooms designed for pets.

2. Only pets are allowed in the Hotel. In particular, the hotel has the right to refuse to accept animals that are generally considered dangerous or aggressive, including: reptiles, spiders and dogs of the following breeds: American pit bull terrier, Majorcan dog, American bulldog, Argentinean dog, Canary dog, Tosa, Rottweiler, Akbash dog, Anatolian Karabakh, Moscow watchman, Caucasian Shepherd (Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 28 April 2003 on the list of dog breeds considered aggressive).

3. Unbiased about accompanying animals, we can not provide a free room and do not agree to the stay of the animal.

4. In case of failure to report the stay with the pet, the owner may refuse accommodation and refund the deposit.

5. The stay of the animal is conditional on the possession of his health book with current vaccinations and proof of recovery.

6. Out of concern for the safety of our Guests and other animals staying in the hotel, we also do not accept breeds considered to be aggressive, nor animals that are aggressive towards other animals and people.

7. Taking care of safety, the animal should have a leash, collar, helmet, cage - depending on the species of the animal.

8. Pets may stay in the hotel in designated areas, but in particular it is forbidden to bring animals into the swimming pool, restaurant, playroom and playground.

Fees

1. The fee for the stay of the pet is 100 PLN per day.

Noise and disturbance

1. Pets staying in the hotel must not disturb other guests staying in the hotel. Please make sure that your pet does not make noise, especially at night.

2. In case of repeated complaints from other Guests, we reserve the right to remove the animal from the property at the expense of its owner.

3. In the event that Hotel staff have reasonable suspicions that the animal left in the room interferes with the stay of other guests, destroys the property of the Hotel, or may cause a situation of danger to itself or other guests, the Hotel Management will try to contact the owner in order to resolve the problem. If contact is impossible, the Hotel reserves the right to enter the guest room as well
with the possible help of the appropriate services and the removal of the animal from the Hotel. All costs resulting from the above activities shall be borne by the pet owner.

Hygiene and cleanliness

1. The pet owner is responsible for cleaning after it - in the room, in the public areas, as well as in the surrounding area of the hotel. Please clean up after your pet.

2. Please do not allow dogs on the beds and couches.

3. Pets can use designated spaces inside the hotel as well as outside.

4. Dog owners are obliged to clean up dirt left by dogs on the premises and in the surroundings of the hotel.

5. Cat owners must have a bucket of sand and empty it into a plastic bag, which they will then throw into a container indicated by the hotel employee.

6. Cleaning of the room in which the pet is staying is carried out only during the presence of the owner. Please contact the reception to arrange cleaning hours.

Responsibility

1. The pet owner is responsible for any damage and pollution caused by his pet and is obliged to cover the costs of any damage.

2. Any damage to the property of the hotel or the property of other guests caused by animals will be assessed by the Hotel Management and their costs will be borne by the owners of the animals.

3. The pet must remain under supervision throughout the stay at the hotel.

4. Dogs must be taken on a leash and in a cage, under the care of the owner or authorized person.
