An anchor sauna night is silence, education of proper sauna, social integration and excellent fun. The basis of the night are thematic sauna sessions, each of which is based on individual and planned rituals conducted by the SaunaMaster. The aroma of appropriately selected essential oils, the play of thematic music and lights and the skillful and effective distribution of hot and humid air in the sauna by SaunaMaster gives a feeling of complete relaxation and cleansing of the body. Complementing the whole is cooling and relaxing in the outdoor jacuzzi under the open sky and swimming in the pool.

Directions for bathing in the sauna
The correct use of sauna bathing leads to the biological renewal of the human body and is a form of health-promoting prevention.
Here are its main actions:
1. cleanses the body of ammonia substances and urea.
2. improves circulation in the skin and internal organs.
3. lowers blood pressure.
4. causes the release of endorphins.
5. Causes the importance of increasing immunity.
6. Has a soothing and relaxing effect on the muscular system.
7. Makes the skin more flexible and clear.
Rules of the correct sauna
Proper sauna is a set of desirable behaviors in sauna and surrounding sauna facilities in which we bathe. These are behaviors that affect our health and achieve maximum benefits from sauna baths. Before using sauna baths, you should absolutely make sure that there are no health contraindications to them.
For the correct sauna it is necessary to observe the following rules:
1. It is recommended to use sauna baths at least once a week, with an optimal time of 2 hours. The sauna should not be used in a hurry, remember that it is a rest.
2. While using the sauna, we should perform at least 2 times cycles consisting of 3 phases:
- Body heating (bath in the sauna),
- Cooling of the body (shower, swimming pool, jacuzzi),
- Rest.
3. Before entering the sauna, we should:
- do not eat, do not eat a large meal for 2 hours before,
- strip naked and remove all jewelry, watches and other body ornaments,
- wash the whole body thoroughly in the shower with soap and water and dry thoroughly.
4. Before each entrance to the sauna room we should:
- wipe the whole body thoroughly to dry,
- warm your feet in hot water if they are cold.
5. While staying in the dry sauna room we should:
- choose the bench to your capabilities, preferably starting with the lowest and ending with the highest,
- roll off the towel so that the largest possible surface of the body is exposed to temperature and humidity,
- sit and keep your legs at the height of your torso or lie on a bench,
- place a towel under any part of the body in contact with the sauna wood,
- control the time not to stay in the sauna for more than 15 minutes,
- just before leaving the sauna to sit down if we were lying down.
6. After leaving the sauna we should:
- rinse sweat from the body under warm water,
- cool the body by taking a cold shower, keeping in mind that cooling begins with the parts of the body furthest from the heart, only at the end it is recommended to cool the neck and head,
- after a shower, if possible, use a water tank or ice grotto to cool the body thoroughly,
- rest at least as long as you were in the sauna, preferably in a lying position,
- Fill up the fluids.
7. Before leaving the sauna, we should:
- extend the last rest to a minimum of 15-20 minutes,
- wash the whole body thoroughly but without using soap,
- if possible, disinfect your feet.
